On the small size

Durability
We have bought two of this model over the last five years, one in 2020 that lasted until Oct 2024 when it failed to lock down when activated and required constant pressure to allow the bread to toast, which clearly poor. However, after over four years we could expect it develop teething problems.We mistakenly purchased an identical model in October 2024, and it has just failed again with the same fault after not three months, this is unreasonable, and we believe this model has a design fault and is not of merchantable quality. We would not recommend anyone to purchase this item.
