When We Became Four: A Memory Book for the Whole Family

This was so cute ! Hard to find things for the second baby! The couple I have it to was thrilled!

Bought this for my friend that’s having a second baby, she loved it!

Purchased for my sister who is expecting her second baby this spring. She was over the moon for it!! Very meaningful and a great gift idea for growing families!

I have preread the book before I started filling everything in. The thing I LOVE about it is how down to earth it is. There some questions that are about the good and hard times of having a baby which I believe is important for all children to understand. I also really enjoyed how many questions included the older child and their responses. The only real issue I have had with it is how a couple of the responses are worded. But I guess they make up for it by leaving a blank line for your own personal response. If I could request something it would be to make a big brother version and a big sister version. But that's just me being overly picky.

We already have the “When we became two” memory book and really loved it. This new one came out when we found out we were expecting our second child so we ordered it to go with our other one. This memory book is just as cute as the other. It’s fun to fill it out so we can look back on what our lives were like in these moments years from now. I know I forget a lot so it’s really nice to have this in our family. I already had forgotten a lot from my last pregnancy and delivery. It was nice to reference our other one. This one has a sibling section we had fun filling out with our toddler. His answers are honest and cute. This would make a wonderful baby shower gift for an expecting family. Both of my kids will have these in their baby boxes to look at in the future.

This is not a ordinary baby book. Its alot. And the sibling section is hard to fill out if your first born is only 2. But definitely different and creative.

I was going to purchase this as a Christmas gift for my boss, but it was out of stock. It had been in my wishlist for months. As soon as it was available, I still purchased. It just happened to arrive when she was out of town and I was going out of town the following week. I left it on her desk with a little note. She was so excited she had to call and thank me! It couldn't have worked out better! I did thumb through the book and I wish I had something like this when my 2nd girl came along.

Parents welcoming a second child to the family don't exactly have a lot of time on their hands to journal - but these are the most important times to remember and cherish. When We Became Four makes recording memories so easy and the humor helps frazzled parents focus on the big picture. I have already made this a gift to two of my co-workers who were making this transition. One of them fills out the memories with the help of the eldest child to ease some of the sibling rivalry. Works like a charm. It is a unique gift, especially for parents who may already have many of the things they need for their newborn the second time around.
