Honestly, I don't know. I don't even remember these nuts, so I'm assuming I wasn't thrilled about them, or I'd be ordering them routinely. Sorry I can't help more.

They're sprouted they don't taste like raw almonds you can tell the difference in the crunch. Def prefer sprouted.
