10/10 recommend to all my friends The best tasting protein shake I’ve ever had. I am lactose intolerant so this protein shake is a true God-send. I was struggling majorly with my appetite due to PTSD. I was under 100lbs and the thought of eating made me want to throw up. I started drinking Kate Farms to add calories and protein to my diet when otherwise I didn’t want to eat. I keep buying them to have on hand. Recently my grandfather went to the hospital for congestive heart failure. He had zero appetite for a week and we couldn’t get him to eat anything. I shared a shake with him and he said it was the best thing he had in days. So grateful Kate Farms exists! Y’all are literally saving lives. Chocolate is the best flavor in my opinion.

This product was recommended by my GI Nutritionist. I want to pass along that this is a wonderful product! I have tried many nutrition shakes and ended up wasting money by dumping them down the sink. They were all too sickly sweet, too chalky, too thick and so on. Long story short, I have severe medical issues that makes it very hard for me to achieve proper nutrition normally. So two of these shakes can provide me roughly 50% of my nutritional needs! I tried the chocolate and then the vanilla. I buy them both to give myself a little variety of flavors. I wished they could come out with a strawberry flavor! Anyway, if you or someone is struggling with oral nutrition and you're sick of the sickly sweetness of other shakes, then please give these a try. If you're seeing a Nutritionist, they may be able to provide you with sample cartons. At least my Nutritionist was able to do that. It allowed me to try before I had to buy it. These are somewhat expensive, but well worth it to me. I hope that this post can help someone.

Great product beats all the others we've tried

I was going through depression & started smoking weed heavily my weight was at 120 and dropped to 100 I was desperately trying to gain my weight back because my clothes weren’t fitting me at all,I looked sick. I am lactose intolerant & sensitive to a lot of foods (I’m still trying to figure out what I can & cant eat) but I knew diary played a large part in why I would get gas & Constipated. Recvd a sample of the 1.5 version from a friend for free and loved it; felt healthier after one small container. 1.0 has the same ingredients, just less protein but still high. 1.0 is the SAME product as their retail Komplete formula (confirmed by Kate Farms). 1.5 is $99 for 12. Komplete is $47 for 12. This vendor offers the exact same product for $37 w free ship...that's 20% off! At that price I can afford one a day each month...$3.30 per container! 1.5 and 1.0 instantly healed my chronic Angular cheilitis (cracked corners of mouth) and keeps it away. I don't need an additional multivitamin any more which didn't heal that condition anyway. I know my body loves this formula! I have my 90 year old Mom on it now as she recently had immune system problems and can't swallow caps or tabs. Worried about delivery? I've ordered 6 shipments so far. I lost an excessive amount of weight during a severe depression. Then need an emergency surgery after which I lost another 5 pounds due to a restricted diet.
