Very pleased with this for the price. Arrived in good condition, fully working.

This has been one of the worst purchases I have made on Amazon. The controller arrived with problems from the start. It only worked while plugged in and it never charged. After about a month of trying to tolerate it, the down button on the D pad stopped working completely, which made the controller unusable. When I contacted the seller, their replies were unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of accepting that the item was clearly defective, they tried to blame me by suggesting accidental damage or misuse. I explained that the fault developed on its own, but they refused to take responsibility. They also tried to hide behind a vague warranty excuse and said they do not cover accessories. In short, the product was faulty, the quality was poor, and the seller did not care at all about resolving the issue. Avoid this seller if you do not want to waste your money. I will be reporting the seller and requesting a refund through Amazon since they are unwilling to act professionally.

Absolutely 10/10 never realised that the work the do on restored ones is so good My PlayStation is so much faster than my uncles and he got it brand new

It's brilliant

The console works. However, it was incrediy filthy full of scratches and the motor fan is so loud. The box was a white box not the playstaion box. Its defo not worth the money I paid for a used refurbished console. The pad also has stopped working now. Won't buy from again.

Terrible, this was for my sons birthday and its ruined the day, he was excited having this playstation, the controller doesnt work, its took ages to get the playstation to actually come on, wouldnt bother wasting money on buying this off here ever again, rather use another company. If there was an option id give it 0 stars.
