My latte recipe: 2 cup glass measuring cup - fill with 200ml water and 200ml of favourite milk (I use 1% or coconut milk), stir and microwave to just before boiling (my microwave is approximately 4 minutes). Then I add 60ml of Chai mix to milk, stir and then pour into my mug.
