Review: Not as thick as I expected, but it's quite durable and did provide a softer footing under the pool lining. It's been installed for a few months. I left a foot of the pad exposed all the way round the pool and it works great to keep grass and weeds from growing around the pool edges. I covered the overlap with rubber mulch and bordered it with paving stones. Looks great!

Not as thick as I expected, but it's quite durable and did provide a softer footing under the pool lining. It's been installed for a few months. I left a foot of the pad exposed all the way round the pool and it works great to keep grass and weeds from growing around the pool edges. It's just felt and its really thin about a 10 mils in thickness but it made the liner go on so much easier and helps with getting wrinkles out of the liner.
