Yes it will, I have your compressor and this this Air Switch works perfectly. It takes a 27mm Deep Socket to install and the switch is under the rocker switch. Your Compressor is a 120 VAC system, this switch will work both ways AC/DC.

Q: Will this work on a Craftsman 125 psi pancake air compressor?

This switch turns the compressor on at 150psi and off at 180psi. If your compressor maxes out at 125psi, you'll need a lower pressure switch.
