I purchased this to use at a wedding in September. I was amazed at how well this warmer performed. There was no deviation in temperature from the time I put the eight half foil trays in until I removed them. When I opened the door it felt like I opened an oven. The chef that assisted me with the food was also very pleased. I read numerous reviews and watched a video review before I purchased this. Those reviews convinced me to buy this and I agree with every positive review that is posted from the ease of moving with the wheels, the durability, storage capacity, quality, functionality, etc. because I was not using the full trays, I contacted the manufacturer prior to purchasing to confirm if the half trays fit. They said I needed racks to use the half trays and sent me four complimentary racks! The racks are the same as an oven rack. Metal and sturdy! Five star customer service there! If I ever need to purchase more I would definitely buy this again.

This insulated food warmer is a game changer for my food business. Both versions are very nice quality and feel durable, and honestly, the price is unbeatable compared to other options. I actually bought three altogether. I went with one of the swivel caster version, and two of the regular smaller caster ones for effortless transport to the events that I cater to. This was the best purchase! We entertain a lot. We have 2 1/2 ovens and a warming door, but it never seems like enough. We used the large throwaway pans and slid them right into here. We did not have the food in there for more than three hours, but when we took it out, it was still very warm. We have only used it to keep things warm. It says you can use it to keep things cold, but we have not done that. It’s great that it’s on wheels so we can move it around, but it’s not super heavy so easy to put into a closet to store.

Keeps food warm as it should. Sturdy construction and heavy duty castors. Very happy with this unit! Great value too.
