We have really liked this battery. It was the cheapest one we could find and decided to go with it. It fit perfectly into our club cart and holds a LONG charge. Bluetooth app worked amazing for the first 2 months until we had an issue with the battery charger. Reached out to company and they were Quickly to send out a replacement for the issue. Have received and hooked it up and now works like a charm. Overall this is well worth the money. Didn't really notice any speed difference from this install. Our old set was the original and this converted our cart to lithium and it's SO much better for us. We have been very pleased with it. We use our cart daily and only need to recharge maybe like every 2 weeks. I would say around 10+ miles, something like that. Recommend!

Battery worked well for over a year before having a problem with the BMS. I had turned off the discharge switch during storage to minimize the risk of parasitic current draining the battery. Not being able to connect the BMS thru the mobile app made the battery unusable. The seller worked to troubleshoot and determined that it couldn't be fixed and offered to send a new battery right away. This product may not be trouble free, but they stand behind their warranty and provide reasonable tech support.

Looks like a good deal, but as a package, it has defective and sub-par components. After all... When a battery stops charging after 2 months , how good is it? I purchased the battery to power a 2000.5 Club Car DS 48V. When the order was received, all parts were inspected. The monitoring display had no wires to connect to battery. I'll just use the app and BT instead. It took 2 months to finally get into the project and replace lead acid batteries. Fast forward to now. Battery will not charge. Support thinks charger is dead and shipped a new one to an incorrect address in a different state that is not my Amazon account address. They balked about shipping a charger to the proper address but SENT IT TO THE SAME ADDRESS WHICH WAS WRONG AGAIN! Even after emails were exchanged with the proper shipping address. And to get ANOTHER UPS notice with wrong address and getting invoiced $67.00 to change their wrong delivery address is rediculous. So their bragged about support and warranty is useless. So the battery has sat for weeks discharging and when it gets too low (as people all over social media are reporting)...the battery does not recover and becomes a boat anchor. In summation, the battery is a big upgrade from lead acid...but the warranty and support do not warrant making this a choice. There are much better choices and accessible warranty support from other companies than Ography. Their charging system only works for 2 times, then fails, leaving you with a dead battery

Hands down best battery for a golf cart I weigh 500 pounds and I get about 25 miles ony Yamaha g29 I'm very pleased and it has a lot of power never slows down like lead acid batteries but this u won't regret and I got it in 5 days fast shipping also

So far so good !!! Good power on my golf cart, ran it for 5 days usual operation before first recharge…. It arrived much earlier than expected…. Happy with the product .
