It's been a while so I don't have the jar with me, but it was several strains of probiotics. It's not good for people with compromised immune systems. I would say eat vegetable that are pre-biotics like asparagus and look up lists of like foods. Good luck.

Good point and they don't caution you about the immune compromised aspect till you get the product.

No, refrigeration is not needed. The probiotic bacteria are freeze-dried and survive at room temperature and are rehydrated and grow in our bodies.

This is a good probiotic for histamine intolerance. I would visit the company website for more detailed information on this. I've gotten a great deal of relief form several of their probiotics. This is the one I use most frequently. good luck!
