Their cymbals are also very good. I Have an Alesis Nitro Max and I wanted at least one 10" tom instead of three 8" toms. This 10" tom was only $89 and it came overnight. I adjusted the position of the mount for my old 8" tom and mounted this. It works quite well. The only negative for now is it is louder than the Alesis toms. What I mean is if you strike the Alesis toms with the module off and no headset on, they are very quiet. This one makes a rattly kind of sound almost snare drum-like. For now, I have not made any module adjustments and it sounds good. Alesis make it difficult to buy their drums as single pieces and this is an easy sub $100 way to upgrade to a larger tom.
