It is what I would call pillow soft. Soft enough to use and cuddle with like he would his pillow but solid enough that the stuffing doesnt flatten out and squish down out of shape

No, it's not actually 24". The specifications even say 22". The mew plush claiming to be 24" is also not 24", it's much less.
