Excellent Customer Service - excellent product!
Daily interaction with unit due to gray water empty and clean water refill should be anticipated if running daily. I have pets, so a good vacuum is necessary. This one is below average. It leaves debris everywhere with only one cycle. It performs especially poor along area rug edges. It also leaves dust/hair bunnies at the base station. I have to sweep and/or manually vacuum about once per week. I do like the app. It is set up very well. The mapping is also very easy to set up and modify. Update: 6/28/25 - I discovered that the floor unit was not emptying. Dirt remained in the floor unit rather than transferring to the base. As long as I manually empty the dust bin, the floor unit works very well. It even handles edges of area rugs much better. I contacted Customer Service. In turn, they contacted me via email and offered to replace the unit. I received the replacement unit yesterday. They were very responsive and gave continual updates. They assured me several times that I, as their customer, am very important to them and they strive to ensure I am satisfied with their product. Due to customer service excellence, I am increasing my rating to 4 stars. In a few days, when I have had time to place the new unit into service and see how it performs, I will consider further increasing my rating. 7/16/2025 - after receiving and setting up the replacement unit, I must say that this vacuum is a very good product. Well worth the price. It cleans and mops without leaving dustbunnies anywhere. I have a puppy and a kitten, so it takes a good unit to keep up with their messes. This unit does fantastic! Very pleased. And excellent customer service, too! I am increasing my rating to 5 stars. I would recommend this product

Finally, a Robot Vacuum That Actually Works and Doesn't Drive You Nuts!
I've been through a few robot vacuums over the years, and they always ended up being more of a novelty than a real help. They'd get stuck, miss spots, or have such a small dustbin that I was emptying it every day. The Eureka E20 Plus has completely changed my mind. The game-changer for me is the self-emptying station. I cannot overstate how liberating it is to not have to think about the vacuum for over a month. The claim of a 45-day capacity is absolutely real. The station is compact, quiet when it empties the robot, and it means I only have to deal with one large bag of dust instead of constant, messy emptying. Performance is where this thing really shines. The 8000Pa suction is no joke. It picks up everything from fine dust to cereal crumbs and even pet food with ease. I have a mixed-floor home (hardwood and medium-pile rugs), and it transitions seamlessly. The anti hair-tangling brush is a miracle for anyone with pets or long hair. I used to have to cut hair out of my old vacuum's roller every week. With the E20, I've checked after a month of use and there was barely anything wrapped around it. The LiDAR navigation is incredibly smart. It maps my entire home quickly and methodically cleans in neat, efficient rows. It doesn't bump into furniture or get lost. I can set no-go zones and specific room cleaning schedules right from the easy-to-use app. It's so precise. The self-emptying base is a revolutionary feature at this price point. 8000Pa suction rivals many upright vacuums. LiDAR navigation is fast, accurate, and reliable. The brushroll lives up to its anti-tangle promise. This combo of features is typically found on much more expensive models. This is, without a doubt, the best appliance purchase I've made this year. It has significantly cut down on my weekly chores and keeps my floors consistently clean. If you're on the fence, just get it. The convenience of the self-emptying station alone is worth it, but when you combine it with the powerful suction and intelligent navigation, the Eureka E20 Plus is an unbeatable package. Highly, highly recommend!

Well my floors are free of debris…
It took some effort on my part for the mapping as it doesn’t see as well in the dim light as the shark ai laser one I have. I also did the mapping at night but I had all of the house lights on but anything that had shadows (including its own) would cause it to stop, and pivot away. Leading to it missing large areas and avoiding along the walls. So, my solution was to deleting the first map and having it run a new one however I followed it around the house like a crazy person with a flashlight ensuring it was able to see any dark or dim areas. After I did that and it finished its process I had it run again on its own with no support from me. It now was going to floor boards and not missing any locations with the exception of cleaning under my furniture, that it did not do even with the flash light I’m not sure why as it will fit under. The vacuuming ability is above par and its disciplined route it takes ensures it covers any floors it is able to reach. The suction power is great. I have all wood floors but a couple large rugs and it would suck up the corners of the rugs and just power over the top of it not getting stuck at all. If it crunched the rug up to much to where it wasn’t able to climb over the top it would reverse and rotate to try to find a different way to get back on track. It picked up all debris and dog hair with out tangling. I put it on “smart empty” so when it decides it’s full during a run it locates its home base and travels back and empties out the bin completely. After emptying it hurriedly drives back to the location it left off and continues on its disciplined track. The mop of it…well honestly the mop sucks, it just sort of wets the floor and glides over it. With my two large dogs and living in Wisconsin we get torrential down pours which in turn cause mud with subsequently ends up in my house. I intentionally didn’t wipe the mud up on the kitchen linoleum and ran it on its highest setting for the wetness of the mop with hot water in its tank and it didn’t do really anything. You can see on the video. The mopping definitely is visible though, it does leave a nice stretch of dampness behind as it vacuums in the front. It did not make any of my rugs damp or muddy from the pad. When it read that it was going up onto the carpet of the rug it lifted the mop pad up and away from the rug not allowing it to get touched by the pad. The vacuum itself feels very sturdy and well made. All in all I am happy with the purchase the only real complaint I would have would be the trouble with shadows while mapping and the mop is pretty bad. For a single male who lives by himself and works 78 hours a week it definitely saves some time and keeps my house floors clear and not having Little Rock’s or whatever they are stick to bare feet when walking through my house (that’s super annoying to me) the set up was super simple while using the eureka app. No connectivity issues at all and I want to say it was ready to rock from unboxing within maybe five minutes. It came really close to fully charged. All in all I’m satisfied and it does a great job. **also the stuff you see by at the doorway down the stairs in the video are my kitchen table chairs because I wanted to clear any and all obstacles out of the way when it was mapping so it would know the entirety of the floor plan of the first floor. Don’t judge me lol it isn’t always like that!

Best cleaning performance I’ve seen—until the error code.
UPDATE Part 2 The refund check has arrived, and I am now purchasing the Eureka J15 again. When it worked, it was fantastic, so I am hoping the first unit was just an anomaly. Support was easy to work with and responded favorably. Let's see how the next unit works. _______________________________________________________________ UPDATE: After contacting the company they decided a refund was. In order. They made the decision promptly stating should expect a check within 21 days. Ok but seems a check in 21 days is time spent waiting to purchase another. I asaked if I could just send the old back and they send me a new one. No. They are sending a check and then I am to dispose of the old one. Not send it back but trash it. Well, if the money comes in and I trash this one I guess I give it one more try to see if I had a bad egg. I thought the machine was efficient and cleaned well. More to come……… ________________ I purchased the Eureka J15 on December 5, 2025, and while it was operational, it was easily the best of the three robotic vacuums we have owned. Its suction power is impressive, the cleaning patterns are highly efficient, and its obstacle avoidance is top-tier. It truly lived up to the hype in terms of actual floor care. The Issue: Unfortunately, after just three months of service, the unit is currently unusable. I began receiving a "roller brush" error indicating a blockage. I have followed the manual’s troubleshooting steps to the letter: • Removed and inspected the brush multiple times (no debris found). • Cleaned all sensors on the unit. • Attempted multiple resets to clear the error code. Despite these efforts, the error persists. For a premium vacuum to have a potential sensor or mechanical failure this early in its lifespan is disappointing. Customer Support: I have reached out to Eureka product support and submitted the required documentation. I am hoping this is simply an isolated hardware defect. I will update this review once I see how the company handles the warranty claim and whether they can get me back to a working unit. Pros: Incredible suction, smart navigation, and great efficiency. Cons: Reliability issues early on; currently sidelined by a "ghost" blockage error.

My Rosie, The Eureka E20 Plus Robot Vacuum
I preface this with, I have a Golden Retriever. The first two times I used the Eureka E20 Plus I set it on Full (whole house) cleaning. Both times the robot dust collector was clogged and would not empty into the charging station upon docking. I had to manually clean it out. And when I did, I was shocked at how packed it was with dog fur. The next couple of cleaning days I set the E20 on Room (single room) cleaning. After cleaning the master bedroom it docked and the dust collector emptied out completely. Each time, after cleaning the other bedrooms, my office, the hallway, the living room, family room, kitchen and dining rooms, the E20 returned to the docking station and the dust collector completely emptied. If you don't have furry friends living with you, Full house setting should work fine. The LiDar completely maps the house. I turned the unit on and it mapped out all of the upstairs rooms on it's own. If I set something down on the floor (since it mapped), it will gently touch into it. It is a cool feature to watch. As the E20 moves around the house, it slows to a crawl when it approaches the obstacle I set down, touches it gently, and navigates around it. The unit also senses when it reaches the stairs and stops itself. These things demonstrate the sensitivity of the E20's navigation/mapping system to prevent damaging itself. I was completely surprised at how much suction this robot has and how well it cleans the floors and rugs. It picks up every bit of dog fur and dust from both the hardwood and the rugs. Prior to getting the E20 I was having to sweep and vacuum three and four times a week. I work full time and since my wife passed on all of the chores are squarely on me. The E20 has taken a lot of burden off of my shoulders. I expected a thin plastic unit. But the E20 Plus is solid and sturdy, very well built. This unit is bigger and heavier than anticipated (a pleasant surprise for me). The unit stays powered up all through the full cleaning mode. If the battery drains down, it will automatically return to the docking/charging station (tested by running two Full cycles and about halfway through a third Full mode the E20 automatically returned to the docking/charging station). I hope the E20 stands up to time. I did research the other units but they all had bags. I don't want to have to buy replacement bags and trash used bags. I prefer to just press the button and let the unit empty itself into the trash can. I am so impressed with the E20 Plus that I bought a second unit for downstairs. Then I purchased another unit to be delivered to my daughter. (Rosie from the Jetsons)

A great robot vacuum cleaner
This is a great robot vacuum cleaner, and I really enjoy using it to help me with household chores! It is easy to set up, convenient and fast. It can both vacuum and mop the floors and its appearance is also very beautiful ! Powerful attention can effortlessly suck away dust and small debris from hard floors and carpets, and has strong obstacle clearing ability. Mopping is a fantastic extra feature that makes my floors feel fresh and clean! Since I started using this product, it has saved me a lot of valuable time. Overall, it works excellently and I am very satisfied ! If you also want to have a robot vacuum cleaner, this is a wonderful choice to try, I recommend it!

Quiet, effective, easy to use
Pros- Love it for the daily stuff, especially the mop function- though it’s more like a wipe than a mop. Excellent job with pet hair and dealing with my high-dust environment. Super quiet. App is very easy to use. Cons- Constantly thinks the brush is tangled when it’s not. Sometimes has to be reminded to empty the collection bin at the end of the cleaning cycle. Gets hung up on the carpet runner every once in a while

3 months and stopped emptying.
Was working great! Got it in July, after the first one got lost in the mail. Everything WAS fine. DEFECTS 3 months in- It stopped emptying into the container in October. I haven’t been able to find any Costomer support for the issue. MAPPING- It also gets lost often and will freeze under the bed and I have to fish it out. The mapping feature is a bit chaotic. It doesn’t really have a rhyme or reason so if you have OCD you’ll hate it. EXAMPLE- it will go from the living room to the furthest bedroom. Then down the hall back to the kitchen. Then the bathroom. Then back to the kitchen. Then the middle bedroom and the furthermost bedroom a second time. Then the bathroom again. Then the living room again. Then it will go back and pretend to empty and charge. It also goes in a swerve pattern and not a row by row back and forth pattern. The mop track looks like spaghetti. CARPET- Gets caught on/ eats thin rugs and bath mats. Sometimes eats cords and socks. HAIR- If you have long hair you will have to cut it off a lot. It misses spots due to the mapping being kind of bad but is good with animal fur especially under furniture. LOW VOLUME- I’m hard of hearing and the voice that tells you what’s wrong with it is so quiet I can’t make out a word. APP NOT GREAT- The app also has many bugs. I have to reregister it every time I log in so I stopped using it. Also could not find a volume adjuster for the voice on the app which I would like. It would help me find it when it gets lost and calls for help. MOPPING- The water tank runs out really fast. I have a 2 bed apartment so it isn’t that big. All hard wood too with a few area rugs and one bath and kitchen that is tile. It is nice that it doesn’t get the carpets wet though. I have mobility trouble and depression so even with all the issues it still helps me. I just wish it was doing the full job that was promised. 2026 February update! I had to use an extra long straw cleaner to unclog the machine. From the bottom. Not an easy thing to unclog but I managed. I have to do it every few weeks. The getting lost seems to have mostly resolved weird enough? Maybe it’s learning? Anyways I’m bumping it up to 4 stars!
