DORESshop Led Night Lights Plug into Wall Soft White,Dimmable Night Light

I wanted a dim amber nightlight that wouldn’t blast my eyes if I had to get up and visit the bathroom during the night, and this suits my needs well. I didn’t really want it to have a light sensor because I don’t want it to be always lit at night, but there’s a sliding brightness switch that goes all the way down to nothing, so I’m just leaving it all the way down till I need it. It’s really nice to be able to select the brightness easily. The switch is a continuous slider, but I’m not sure how many brightness steps there really are. When it first comes on it’s not super dim, but it’s dim enough to be comfortable. The light is very amber, which I appreciate — white/blue light is harsher and wakes me up more. I first tried a salt lamp nightlight, hoping to get the amber color, but it was too bright and white; this nightlight actually does better at the effect I want. I was surprised it was a 2-pack for the price. Very reasonable. It’s lightweight and kinda cheap, but works fine so far. Doesn’t block the other outlet. I’m happy with it.

They are used every night in my bedrooms. They look nice and neat, you regulate how dim or bright you want the light, they go on and off automatically, you forget they’re there as they are electric and plugged in. Size was very good and quality too. I’ve have them for a long while now really no maintenance, no problems, so I say sustainability is very good.

If I could give 10 stars I would !! The amount of light this puts off is amazing!! I have never had a night light that compares to the brightness. I was hesitant to get it at first because of the more modern look. I usually get more rustic looking nightlights with Edison looking bulbs but then you get minimal light. This light I can see everything I absolutely love it !!

These are the brightest night-lights I was able to get. Mainly got these for my cat so she has an easier time navigating around a few areas of the house when it’s night-time and so she’s less scared of the darkness. I like there’s a switch so when I don’t need them on they can be shut off easily.

I am very particular with what is in my living space, and the design of this product works! The light temperature of the Warm White is a perfect color. Not too harsh for sensitive eyes even at brightest setting, cozy ambiance. Love the clean sleek shape - nothing busy and light coverage is maximized as not hidden within a frame. Height of the light fits a standard US double outlet in either slot without blocking the other outlet! (What a novel idea, lol.) As the spaces where we use our nighlights are shaded even in daytime, we needed a light we could easily switch off as well as dim for night use. This does that with one simple slider switch right on top, so no fumbling in the dark. I love this for middle of the night bathroom runs. Marked down one star as one of two nightlights in 2-pack had a loose connection in the switch, so randomly stays on when switched off. Did not use it until months later, so did not have the option to return. Strongly recommend you test all up front for a few days if you plan not to use right away. Liked the one well enough to order again.

I purchased these night lights for my bathroom and they’ve worked exactly as expected. The dusk-to-dawn sensor is very convenient because I don’t have to remember to turn them on or off. They automatically light up when the room gets dark and shut off when there’s enough daylight. One feature I really appreciate is the adjustable brightness. Some night lights are either too bright or too dim, but these allow you to choose the level that’s comfortable for your space. Even at a lower setting, they provide enough light to safely navigate at night without disturbing my sleep. The compact design is another plus. They don’t take up much space and leave the other outlet available for use. Installation couldn’t be easier as you just plug them in and they’re ready to go. Overall, these are a great value for the price. They’re simple, functional, energy-efficient, and provide reliable lighting where it’s needed most. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable night light for a hallway, bathroom, bedroom, or stairway.

Best Night Light dawn to dusk I ever bought. It’s amazing! A had bought this light about three times within past two years. It gives lots of light & also it has dimmer options which is Grate & very useful. It has capability of lighting a whole big room when someone no need lots of light. Also dusk to dawn It’s VERY VERY RELIABLE. Thank you for making such a great product!

* * update - - after using these for a couple of weeks they have both stopped working. I had one plugged in a bedroom and the other plugged in the kitchen. When they stopped working, I took both of them into a small half-bathroom, closed the door so it was pitch dark and plugged them into the outlet. One didn't work at all. The other one only works if you press down on the slider switch - - let go and it doesn't work at all. There's obviously a short or a loose connection somewhere in there. The fact that these have stopped working is bad enough, but that they've been plugged into a vacant home for only 2 weeks makes it even worse. No one's been touching them. No one has been plugging them in and out. They've just been sitting in an outlet for a couple of weeks, then all of a sudden decided to stop working. Buy the ones from GE instead. Those are fantastic and the only reason I bought these instead is b/c the GE ones were on backorder. I should have waited. Previous review: Great compact dusk to dawn night light! Plug it in and forget it - - - until the sun goes down and it provides automatic illumination without needing a separate timer or photocell device. The low profile oblong shape of this blends nicely into whatever backdrop it's plugged into. Bonus points because it doesn't block the second outlet so unless you need space for a large, chunky wall wart of a plug, this doesn't prevent using that other outlet. A quarter of a star dinged because the two choices for normal color temps are 5000K for the daylight, and 3000K for the warm white. I bought the 5000K daylight and although it definitely is NOT the harsh and bluish tone of cool white lights, I'd have loved if there was a 4000K choice instead. 3000K would have definitely been too warm/yellow for my taste, and although this 5000K will suffice, 4000K would have been just perfect. We are having some work done on a rental property that is currently vacant. I bought these lights to plug in at various spots in the house so it still looks lived in during the vacancy. Whenever we've been on site, the lights have been on when they're supposed to and have been flicker free.

These DORESshop Amber Yellow Night Lights are exactly what was hoping they would be. They give off the perfect amount of glow for evenings when you don’t want to blast the bright overhead lights. We’ve got them in a few key spots — the kitchen, and at both the top and bottom of the stairs — and they make moving around the house at night effortless. The dimmable feature is a nice touch since you can dial it up a bit if you want more light or keep it low and cozy. The amber tone is warm and easy on the eyes, not that harsh blue-white glow you get from most night lights. Simple, subtle, and surprisingly effective. They blend right in during the day and make nights just a little more comfortable.

I have two of these lights on each end of my living room. My bedroom is upstairs above the living room and as weird as it may sound, I have a window in my bedroom that overlooks the living room. After the first night using these lights, I had to drastically reduce the slider on these lights because they were way too bright from upstairs. For my purpose, I just need to have the living room illuminated just enough so I can see in the dark. The automatic sensor comes on once the outside light becomes dim and the light automatically goes off once the sun is up again in the morning.

I have had no issues.. great light.
