Q: How does this compare to carnation instant milk, i'm assuming better. seems more value for you're money. we're primarily using it for baking

See the picture in my review ... this stuff pretty much never dissolves in water. Carnation instant milk always seems to work just fine.

Q: Can this be used in coffee vending machine?

I have never used a coffee vending machine and I don’t know how it works. But this milk powder dissolves pretty good, so I would think it can be used like any other milk.

Q: Does this milk contain BST hormones?

It says hormone and antibiotics free on the package.
