These cutting boards are exactly as advertised and work quite well. I was just surprised that they require more care than my old plastic cutting boards. They shouldn't be left soaking in water, and the instructions say: don't use a serrated knife and don't saw on the surface. So, silicone seems to be a weaker material than plastic. We will use them the same way that we're used to and find out how long they last but will try to avoid leaving them in water too long. Their price is far higher than two cheap cutting boards that I purchased, but they are acturally silicone, while the other boards, advertised as silicone, turned out to be poly plastic.

These are easy to clean and cut on, though I’m still getting used to their floppiness after years of using hard plastic cutting boards. I’ve used them several times on various foods ( mostly fruit and veggies) and there are NO CUT MARKS in the silicone. I like the hole to hang them on a peg. I’ve only hand washed them so far. Nothing has stained them. I thought the color would be more golden yellow and less Velveeta orange, but hey! That’s a food color! I bought them to be a nontoxic food cutting surface as the plastic boards start breaking off tiny plastic bits into the food. I’ll probably get a second color, too!

Functional. Easy to clean. Great to have two sizes.

For those of you looking for a yellow cutting board, this is not it. Everything looks great except the color is not as described. It is bright orange. Nothing yellow about it. Otherwise it looks good but I'm not using it. I am returning it.
