Ordered and it came with no seals (outside or inside). Is this how the package is supposed to be?

I’ve ordered this product directly from The Body Shop and they shipped it to me with NO seal. Also all the other body butters I’ve purchased at the store also have no seal. I’ve never purchased one from them that was sealed. Actually if I were to receive one with a seal I would question if it’s really from them as they have never sealed the product.

Is this supposed to be applied while wet? I was rubbing it in so long that I thought it was supposed to be applied while dry.

Body butter should be applied on dry skin. Massage onto skin and allow to sink in before dressing. Shea body butter is one of our best moisturizers, it takes a bit longer to sink in!

Is this cream certified cruelty free?

All of our products are cruelty free. We are Leaping Bunny certified, the only global cruelty-free standard.

What are the product ingredients? in english.... i enlarged what is shown in the listing and it is not in english. thanks.

It was recommended to me

The smell doesn't stay for as long as I thought it would but yes, it does smell good. It's a bit hard to scatter on dry skin but once it's there, it's moisturizing.
