I had purchased a different vendor's dried ramen topper and it was...okay. It didn't make a lot of servings - 8;I think. So though this cost more, It had more servings. I also liked the seafood aspect. I tend to put 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the dried mix into a separate cup, and add the hot water to it at the same time as I water the noodles. Full disclosure, I have been adding this to the Buldak carbonara, which is low on final water, so I tend to dump all the water from the noodles and use the water from the topper, which keeps the flavor of the dried ingredients. The carbonara is creamy/cheesy so I've also started adding cream powder to the topper. The result is very rich. The veggies and seafood rehydrate very well, and retain flavor and texture - the cabbage is downright crunchy, the shrimp tastes and bites like shrimp. It's a seafood mix so any seafood smell is for me a feature, not a bug. This isn't the ten-for-a-dollar ramen of my college days, but it's infinitely tastier, and very filling and with flavor and texture variety. The meaty bits are meaty. Even the colors pop. This ramen topper feels premium, and for me is worth the cost.

Rip it open, toss a handful into boiling water for three steamy minutes, and watch those tender cabbage strips, juicy corn, earthy shiitake, plump shrimp, squid, and imitation crab come alive—flavor exploding with umami and just the right salty tease. It turns boring noodles into something sinful and satisfying, no effort required. One 14oz bag gives you 20+ sultry servings that linger in your pantry, ready to seduce whenever the craving strikes. Mild, balanced, addictive. Viral for a reason. 5 dripping stars. Heat it up, babe—you’ll be hooked. 🍜💋

Easy and tasty addition to noodles, soup, or ramen. Cook for a minute or 2 to preference and add to your meal.

I was surprised I hadn't reviewed this, already. I saw this on Facebook, and it seemed good except that it was overpriced (as we would expect to see on FB). I found this on Amazon for substantially less money. This transforms ramen. It's really, REALLY yummy! The ingredients are freeze-dried, so allow about five minutes for them to re-hydrate. I went to our international market and purchased some tai nam broth and some high-quality ramen noodles. Nice, economical meal for winter days when one doesn't want to go outside.

I really like this product a lot! It elevates your cheap noods and helps me get more veggies in. The seafood one is definitely fishy, but in a good way. If you like seafood, you'll like it. I like to pair it with the shrimp flavor ramen packs. We also tried the spicy garlic mix which was very good.
