All works as expected

I bought Meetion Ergonomic Wireless Keyboard and Mouse from your Amazon store on 21 December 2024. Sadly, less than a month later, the mouse and keyboard wouldn't charge at all. I tried connecting to different ports and power supplies, but it wouldn't charge. Now, I am stuck with a keyboard and mouse set that I can't use.The mouse and keyboard don't charge, so they become a one-time-use of them, which is very expensive: AED 200+. I tried to contact the seller before leaving a comment through their e-mail, but I was disrespectfully ignored. In concept, it's an excellent keyboard and mouse if you want to pay for something that works only for three weeks.

My only issue is that the keyboard is noisy

I just literally bought it but mouse is not charging at all I have to plug in the cable just for me to used the mouse!!

Do not buy this. I literally just plugged it in and the letter keys from Z to M aren’t working at all including the enter key.
