Review: A no-frills mechanical keyboard. Top notch quality. Best bang for the buck. - I have used mechanical keyboards for the past ten years as a software engineer, and have used a WASD v1 w/Cherry blacks, a Rosewill w/Cherry reds, a Gigabyte with Cherry reds. The ikbc w/Cherry MX clears is easily my favorite keyboard as it is of outstanding build quality and straight to the point design. It has no gaming keys and no unnecessary LEDs, which makes this keyboard perfect for a work environment. The only place where it differs from your standard 104-key keyboard is that it has volume mute, increase, decrease, and a "Cal" button on the top right which launches the calculator app. As both a macOS and Windows user, I can confirmed that the volume keys work on both platforms. The casing and the keys have a matte, slightly textured finish which feel very gratifying to type on. The texture helps keep your fingers from slipping, and giving you feedback that your fingers are solidly on the keys. The risers on the bottom allow for three levels of elevation if that is important to you. The package comes with the keyboard, no manual, an advertising flyer, and some extra keys + a keycap puller. Pretty straightforward. I switched out the ALT & Windows keys with blank colored keycaps since I use both Windows and macOS. If I had to nitpick and find something to complain about, it would be that the Num / Caps / Scroll LED designs look a little awkward from a design perspective. At this price point though, I'm really happy I was able to get such a good keyboard for less than $100 that used genuine Cherry MX switches and didn't have any unnecessary features. This keyboard fits in both at home and at the workplace. I liked it so much that I bought a second one so I can have it both at home and at work. 10/10 A++++ would buy again
Review: Great keyboard! - I bought the Cherry MX Clear switch version of this keyboard. The only thing I miss is the RGB lighting, but the Clear switches are my new favorite key switches. This feels so good to type and game on. The only issue I've encountered is that the keyboard failed on me, within 2 months of purchase. Trying to get support through iKBC has been quite difficult. Thankfully, the seller I bought it through on desertcart, Keymecher, has been very helpful in resolving this issue.

I bought the Cherry MX Clear switch version of this keyboard. The only thing I miss is the RGB lighting, but the Clear switches are my new favorite key switches. This feels so good to type and game on. The only issue I've encountered is that the keyboard failed on me, within 2 months of purchase. Trying to get support through iKBC has been quite difficult. Thankfully, the seller I bought it through on Amazon, Keymecher, has been very helpful in resolving this issue.

For a discount mechanical board, I'm impressed so far. PBT Keycaps on a board this price are rare, and they feel nice. The whole thing feels a little chunky and plasticy, so it's more office than racecar, but I'm putting it in my office so that's what I wanted. Tilt is a little high. Cherry MX Clear switches are outstanding for typing on and nearly silent by the standards of a mechanical keyboard. Drastically quieter than my Corsair board with MX Browns. Pretty impressed for the price, will update at some point w/r/t durability.
