A must have for any petrol car driver, especially if you tend to use standard low octane fuel in your vehicle for cost reasons. Top up your car, add half a bottle of Redex and it will help keep your engine clean and assist in your emissions. Great price on Amazon too. No impact on vehicle or driving, just an excellent preventative measure!

I’ve started using this every so often as part of general car maintenance, mainly to keep things running smoothly. It’s really simple — just pour it into the fuel tank before filling up, no hassle at all. It’s hard to measure exact results, but after a couple of uses the engine feels a bit smoother, especially on longer drives. Might also be helping with fuel efficiency, though that’s always tricky to judge. I like that it’s suitable for hybrids too, which is a plus. Not a miracle fix, but a decent preventative product to help keep the fuel system clean over time.
