Q: This doesn't seem to have the pause/play and fast forward buttons like on the I8? Or does the left cluster with Ok and arrows do this?

No pause/play and fast forward buttons on this and left cluster doesnt do it either. But it still is a very good device.

Q: This new model doesn't have the play/pause button in center of the left wheel. so how do you control those features in kodi or any other app?

Q: Is it possible to "click and drag" with this? Seems like on many games or using File Explorer that would be needed.

I have used it with windows 10 and I'm able to highlight, click and drag n drop. So far, this has been able to do virtually everything a keyboard and mouse has been able to do with my pc. Hope this helps.
