Poor quality
Very poor quality. Only one side worked, and there was always static, with no ability to hear range commands. I would not recommend this item to anyone.

Inadequate instructions included.
The instructions that come with the Isolators for installing the batteries say "remove the foam tip and rubber fin from the Isolator to access the battery compartment." Theinstructions do not tell tell you HOW TO OPEN that compartment. What they need to tell you is that in addition to the foam tip, you have to peel off the entire rubber shell that holds the ear bud. The battery compartment is underneath.
