The 15 minute cycle is a good time frame and the remote works well in making adjustments for each available function. Massage effectiveness is critical for any mechanical device and this delivers comfort without any harsh settings that can sometimes hurt with other foot massagers I have tried. The heating function heats the massager up quickly and feels very nice on your feet. The pressure of the calf massager is perfect, but you can change the level of pressure intensity very easily on the control panel if it is too much. Going along with that, the control panel is very easy to use, so that you can customize the massage you want. Finally, when not in use, the massager folds into an ottoman and looks so nice!

My daughter loves hers. Can't believe how much it helped her feet. We got one for me.
