Why is this product $500? Are you planning to sell at a reasonable price for a board game that people could afford?

As of 2/12/23, they still haven't finished filling all Kickstarter orders. As a result, the only people selling it are those that have received their Kickstarter pledge. The retail for the base Frosthaven game is $250. Rather than waste your money here while this is the limited supply price of ~$500, call your local game stores and see if they have a copy. They usually will sell it for retail (or less right now since they paid less than that for their pledge). If not, just wait until it's available for retail (might still be in 2023, might not be until 2024). If you haven't yet, buy Jaws of the Lion or Gloomhaven while you wait. There's hundreds of hours of similar gameplay in those games, and mostly everything you learn from those will be applicable once you get Frosthaven.
