Q: I am a little confused with this product. do i only use this once per 5 washes? or every time i wash my hair?

You can use this every 5 washes (there website says it’s based on once daily wash). I have pretty dry hair at the ends so I use it every other wash and found it works well that way. I would just watch for build up if you’re using it more often but everyone’s hair is different. Use this with a little dry oil spray or hair serum and your hair will be super soft and shiny.

Q: Can i get my hair dyed after using this? i got this and used it and it worked great! but i have a hair apt. to get dyed in 2 days.

If you use this product with a hairdryer or flat iron, then I think you can get it dyed in two days. I wouldn't use it as a leave-in conditioner (without heat) and then get the hair dyed. It's very thick, and may coat the hair too much for the dye to work correctly, if used without the heat of a dryer or flat iron. That's my opinion.

Q: How often we can use use this serum?

I use it everytime I wash my hair, it will dampen your hair when you use it so it’s best to use it prior to styling. Smells great and works great! However there is nothing that can stop the frizz during a thunderstorm (happening right now lol)

Q: Will I still have to use a thermal heat protectant spray along with this?

I think I would. I feel that this soaks on the top layer. And thermal spray are better for section by section. Like I would use this before blow drying and heat spray before straightening
