I am also very sensitive to freeze dried coffee, and this has a lower caffeine content. Freeze dried can have like 10- 40% less caffeine, and this is probably closer to the higher number. I sip it all day and as the day goes on I mix it with decaf freeze dried. I love the texture and flavor. I cannot rave about it enough. It's not for everybody, but it's definitely for me. If I have a cup of fresh brewed coffee, I will feel sick; shakey with palpitations sometimes.
