Will the Fat Gripz fit on the PowerBlock dumbells?

I got my Fat Gripz to fit the Elite 2020 Powerblocks. Remove the handle, switch to “open” and slide the fat grip onto the handle. It’s a tight fit but it works.

Any benefit to these other than potential forearm strength increase?Does training with these increase strength on the same lifts with smaller bar?

This is really a forearm, and grip strength tool, but people do find it helps their arms and shoulders grow, though I can see this as a benefit of a stronger grip. A stronger grip can also help your deadlift, even if you use straps. I should point out it is not suggested to use these on deadlift, or any grip dependent move.Before these came out, people would wrap a towel around the bar to get a similar effect. If somebody questions their benefit, I suggest they try the towel first.

What is the inside diameter of the Fat Gripz? (Width of the hole)

The inside diameter is 1" should fit any standard or Olympic barbel. I use it w/ my dumbbells as well.

Does this product workout your wrists as well does it strengthen them?

This product gives your wrists added strength by targeting due to the circumference.
