I am very impressed with the quality of this Ceylon cinnamon. It has a wonderful, authentic aroma and a perfectly balanced flavor profile. It mixes well into my recipes and you can really tell the difference in quality compared to standard store-bought cinnamon. Super satisfied with this Amazon purchase and will definitely buy again!

Much better than Cassia
I pour hot water on these and drink them. They taste much better than the Cassia ones, and are much healthier for drinking than Cassia.

Be consistent in using Ceylon Cinnamon to see the results you're looking for, it works.
Last order was June 5th. I cannot say for sure it does everything it boast about but I can tell you that it has been helping with my diabetic numbers. It appears to help lower my daily reading as I faithfully prepare it with Cloves and Star Anise and Ginger. I do believe it has many good benefit to it and worth trying. Most is important is to be consistent in following instruction on how to use it. I have purchased both sticks and ground ceylon cinnamon.
