I like this cooking oil more than I thought I would. Knowing it is high smoke point, low saturated fat, and flavor neutral has me reaching for it over and over again. I now mostly use this oil for cooking and extra virgin olive oil for times when I want flavor added on top. I still keep some avocado oil around for when I need to use more oil at a time, because this algae oil is quite expensive. I think it's worth the price when used sparingly, but I do hope the price comes down as this product becomes more widely available. Overall, I would highly recommend giving this a try at least. I was hesitant to buy as it seems like a new trendy product, but after using it, now I'm hooked! It's truly a versatile cooking oil, probably better than any I've tried. High heat performance is great, and the food I'm cooking with it has no weird flavors from the oil. The squeeze bottle is super convenient and I have been refilling it from a larger bottle that I purchased at the same time.

I randomly stumbled onto this cooking oil while browsing the internet. I was looking for something that can handle high heat cooking on a stainless steel pan, and this has exceeded my expectation. The added benefit is that it is healthier than olive oil and avocado oil. The texture is buttery smooth and the taste very subtle and elegant. There is a reason why Michelin Star Restaurant prefer this cooking oil over other. Definitely worth a try!

Deliciously I blend it into homemade balsamic dressing and drizzle in a tablespoon or three while whisking up the most tender scrambled eggs: gone through several bottles this year and my cholesterol numbers have never looked better. As my doctor says “Only positive results” 😂 I don’t find it buttery I find it extremely pure and neutral tasting. It cooks quite clean with its high smoke point and the squeeze bottle is easy to use. A little expensive but sometimes you pay more for a product nobody has heard of that everyone will be using in a few years.

It has a high smoke point, which allows you to get nice crispy food without emitting ridiculous carbon emissions into the air. The taste is non-descript.

This is the perfect oil for fish. I have used it twice since purchasing it and the butter flavor is great. The fish is nice and moist, not dried out.
