Who is the 1-Day Reset for?

The Reset is ideal for anyone wanting to give their body a 24 hour “breather,” rebalance after indulgence, kickstart a healthy habit, or practice intermittent fasting.

How often can I do the 1-Day Rest?

You can use the Prolon 1-Day Reset whenever your body needs a break—after travel, weekends of indulgence, or as part of a weekly rhythm. Many people incorporate it once a week or up to twice weekly as part of a 5:2 fasting routine.

What should I eat after my Reset?

Transition back to balanced, nourishing meals inspired by the Longevity Diet, plant-forward, rich in legumes and healthy fats, with moderate amounts of protein.

Is the 1-Day Reset vegetarian or vegan?

The 1-Day Reset is 100% plant-based, dairy free, and suitable for vegetarians. However, some components, such as the nut-based L-Bar, contain a small amount of honey, which is a restriction for some vegans.

Can I exercise during the 1-Day Reset?

Exercise should be avoided, but light activity such as walking, yoga, or stretching is fine.
