Blaster Master Zero - Nintendo Switch [Digital Code]

This is a fairly short game but I will explain why this was a great purchase personally for me.First things first, the graphics and music tracks are great! Very nastolgic feeling to my childhood gaming.There are a lot of different upgrades your character and vehicle will get as you move on through the story. There's free DLC which includes a new character that has its very own unique style & weapons.I played through the game twice just to experience the game with the two different character and it was worth it.You basically have unlimited lives, you just re spawn near where you died or you can just save the game often manually and you can reload a game save slot. so you may either love or hate the feature. Makes it easier when things get challenging.The game for me wasn't too challenging for me, but it was really hard for my friend and nephew. Some enemies felt hard to defeat until you find their weakness or an easier way. New DLC character made it easy to defeat boss battles.Finally, I got 10 hours of gameplay the first time I beat the game. Worth it!Thank you for reading my review.

You can find plenty of reviews online for this game. So I'll just say this. This is a fun throwback game. I think it is well worth the cost. But I would not purchase the game if it were more expensive.

I didn't know what to expect with this game, I got in a few levels and it got boring to me. I keep trying with this game, but I am stuck.

Haven't received it yet. I guess my downloading not working. Neither have I not received any other fire yablet games either yet.

Very much an improvement over the NES game. The original often had enemies that attacked extremely suddenly and drained your health very fast because there was very little post-hit invincibility. Also, it had limited continues. That is something I don't miss about games from when we were figuring out the transition between arcade and home consoles.This game has a sensible save point system and no game over sequences instead of lives and limited continues. The music is excellent. The story is lightweight and cute. The pixel art looks nice, and the level design is clever and varied.

Pro controller works in single player but you have to use joycons for co-op (-2 stars as this is fairly annoying and very lazy on dev's part). Other than that, fun retro-style platformer.
