How many would you get for a sectional? (Size approximately of 2 love seats)

I would get at least 2 packages. Definitely use the screws.

Does it leave a sticky residue when removed?

Very little. I removed them from one couch and moved to another with no problem. However they are very sticky so you might want to save the paper that comes with them in case you need to move them. I put them on wax paper and it was a little difficult to then remove the wax paper to reattach them

Is this easy to cut with scissors?

Yes, I found it very easy to cut with scissors. In fact I am ordering another set

Is the top side sticky? Like does it feel sticky to the touch after installed?

Only one side is sticky, the side that goes against the furniture. The other side feels like a smooth piece of plastic
