These pans are great. I would rate the package a 4.5 as there is an odd pan in the bunch that would be better suited to be the 3.5 quart sauce pan. These pans heat up quick and get pretty hot so that is the number one thing I will be watching out for. THe lower temp request in the instructions is not just because. Any non-stick pan will burn if turned up too high. One other thing to get is an infrared thermometer to test how hot the pans are getting. I was pleasently surprised. Cooking an egg at the ideal 270 - 300 degree F temp is only just under medium on my range. Searing steaks at the 400 - 500 degree F is only just barely over medium. So check your range to ensure you do not burn the pans. The cleanup is easy if not burnt and really the pans continue to look good. I just wish you could buy the 3.5 sauce pan seperately. I will probably have the by the 3 piece sauce pan set to get the 3.5 and give the other two away. Also during the seasoning phase be sure not to use olive oil as that will burn and make it sticky. Use avacoda oil or canola oil. There is also a grey residue when seasoning that gets on the paper towel. I have seen reviews online that they were told by snowclad to just seasoning again and wash a few times and it seems to go away. I just received my pan set and will be testing this after a few cooks. I also have the daily pan from snow clad that I have used for quite a bit and that really works well. Very happy and much cheaper than alternatives.

I’ve been using this 14 piece hybrid stainless steel non stick cookware set for everyday cooking, and overall it’s a strong set for the price. It covers most cooking needs and performs well with a few things to keep in mind. Some details that stood out, Build Quality, the pans feel solid and well made. The stainless steel construction gives them a sturdy feel, and the hybrid non stick surface looks durable compared to basic coated pans. Handles are firmly attached and stay cool enough during normal stovetop use. Cooking Performance, food releases well when used correctly, especially with a little oil or butter. Frying pans heat evenly, and the saucepans and stock pot handle soups and sauces without hot spots. The sauté pan is a good size for one pan meals. Non Stick Surface, it’s not a slippery Teflon style non stick, but it performs well as long as you preheat properly and avoid high heat. Cleanup is easy, and nothing has stuck permanently so far. Compatibility, works great on induction cooktops, and also performs well on gas and electric stoves. The flat bottoms sit evenly, which helps with consistent heating. Ease of Cleaning, most messes wipe out easily, and the pans handle hand washing without staining. They are dishwasher safe, but hand washing will likely extend the life of the non stick surface. Value, for a full 14 piece set, this is a good deal. You get a wide range of pans without paying premium brand prices, and the PFOA free coating is a nice bonus. Pros Solid stainless steel construction Hybrid non stick surface releases food well Induction compatible and versatile Even heating across pans Complete set covers most cooking needs Cons Non stick works best with proper preheating Heavier than basic aluminum cookware Hand washing recommended to preserve finish Bottom line, this cookware set is a good balance of durability, performance, and value. It’s a solid choice for everyday home cooks who want stainless steel strength with easier cleanup than traditional steel pans. Best for, home kitchens looking for a complete, induction ready cookware set that performs well without premium pricing.

Definitely on par with Hexclad for a 1/3 of the price. Pans cook as good as stainless steel and about 90% as a good quality nonstick pan. A little oil or butter is a must have if you want it to be truly nonstick due to the stainless ridges. Cleanup is fairly easy with warm soapy water and a quick wipe out with a dishtowel or pan brush. However, stainless steel does stain so keep a good stainless cleaner around. Where Hexclad shines is its available size options. Snowclad could really use a larger 14" pan and definitely a larger 8-10 quart stock pot with a 10 quart preferred. The 6 quart stock pot available in the set just doesn't cut it especially when they have a 6.5 quart saute pan available. Overall I'll give it four stars as the performance is there but the size options are limited.

The quality is amazing. They clean well after use either by hand or dishwasher. I love the look of them. Sizes of the pots and pan are nice. They cook evenly and well with lower heat. Season them before use, I have had little to nothing stick to them.

Love love love these!! Bought some hexclad pots and pans, and like anyone who shells out $800 for a set of cooking equipment they expect them to last. Sadly they did not, started flaking within 2 months. These on the other hand are holding strong. I love the build quality and you dont find pots and pans very often with a heavy duty handle like these. Im so astounded by the way the handles dont transfer the heat and they are still cool to grab after cooking something, very hard to find in all metal cookware. Got a third of the price as the "super" cookware you can't go wrong. Having hexclad and then these, the only thing I wish I changed is that I bought these first for 1/3 of the price. The quality is way better in my opinion and I haven't seen any signs of deterioration yet!
