El jiggler azul no prender adecuadamente en velocidad 1 vibra muy leve 2 y 3 sin problrma quisiera saber si puedo cambiar solo el jiggler azul pero no me sale la opción

El paquete llegó completo pero no funciona , el paquete solo venía en una bolsa de plástico sin caja , ni unicel , nada sin protección y el tema es q no sirve ninguno de los dos sensores , como le hago para q me los cambien ? Gracias

My 1 year old grandson has a mild form of arthrogyposis. This condition caused weakness in his hands and arms. He attends physical/occupational therapy weekly and Mom and Dad do exercises with him at home. My son sends me photos from these sessions and I'm always on the lookout for the "toys" the physical therapist is using. This was one of them. It's heavy enough that he has to use both hands to pick it up (his left arm/hand is weaker than his right so he tends not to use it) and it vibrates, which presumably stimulates some of his muscles. He loves it and doesn't even know that it's helping him to exercise his hands, arms and shoulders. I know this is an "off label" use of the item, but it's perfect for what he needs it for.
