It's a small bottle, just couple sips at about ounces, so it's quick and easy. My son's finicky stomach handles it well, which is what I'm looking for. These are great and tasted good. I liked how the Amazon worker threw in a frozen water bottle with it to keep it cold. Didn't really need these, but I had to throw something else in for a couple dollars to make it free shipping.
