Over weight

It’s a pretty pan. Just finished seasoning it even if it came pre- seasoned. Very well cast. Will have to use and see how well and high it can heat up. I have this iron stuff from Vinod and Meyer, and i have learnt to maintain them. To begin with i suggest to go with a mini skillet which i had from lodge, been 7 years and i slowly learnt that how amazing food can taste one you learn to cook in them. I use iron for any food that is to be fried, shallow fried or dry cooked like chapati. Not for like Curries or anything that would need to be cleaned with soap. For that I recommend the carbon steel. So for frying, dosa, chapati, biryani which btw i again have from wonder-chef is amazingly good.

Need to take care,More prone to rust

This one worked beautifully for parathas which is what I tried first. But then it failed with pancakes. Everything was a stuck mess. I seasoned it the correct way for a full 40 minutes yesterday. I hope it'll work now. But it definitely was NOT pre seasoned. After a few months..... It's doing everything including dosas beautifully.
