You have to preheat a connection oven for like 15 minutes a lot of times, you don't do that with an air fryer. Air fryers again, are 360 degree using a combination of hot air that sounds your food evenly cooking it way faster and anytime good is cooked this way, it traps the moisture inside of it way better so food it's often juicier.
