The jets have no pressure

This 6 jet system is very nice. Works great. I was a little worried about the handheld not having enough pressure but it is better than expected. You do have to take note on how deep the wall is when you hook everything up. We had a hard time finding fittings that were just the right size. I would recommend if it a new build to purchase first and communicate with your tile guy/plumber to make sure they know. Once we got all that worked out it’s amazing. Love it!

After purchase and installation, I had a minor issue with a part of the product. The Customer Service I received was remarkable. I would strongly recommend the product and the service that comes with it.

On the surface I think there isn’t enough support for the 12”arm that the shower head is attached to. And down the road I think the stress will cause severe malfunction. I would be interested to know from other users who have already installed one of these if my fear is unfounded.
