These are wonderful chips with the perfect thickness and crunch factor. The avocado oil makes for a much better taste - so good that I can't even look at most of the major brands anymore. There is the perfect amount of salt, too (just enough to bring out the natural flavor). These chips don't leave my hands a greasy mess, either. The only downside is the price per ounce, but when they're on sale, they go right into my shopping cart.

Great potato chips. Crunchy, tasty, and healthy, and a good value for the size of the package. However, I'd like to see plain chips too, and in a larger size. Does Boulder Canyon even make them? My only complaint: why do they take so long to get here (I ordered them (I ordered them on Oct. 15th, and they're not getting here until Nov. 2nd - 17th)? Are they coming from Mars? C'mon, Amazon, speed it up!! All in all, though, they're worth the price.

Great for people trying to improve their omega 6 to omega 3 ratio without completely giving up comfort foods. I DO wish I could find thinner chips that are NOT kettle cooked but these are a good start.
