Usiamo questo stesso prodotto (non solo la marca ma proprio il prodotto) da 2 anni, la cagnolina lo ha sempre tollerato benissimo e lo compriamo abitualmente in un negozio. Questa volta ho voluto cambiare "fornitore", non per il risparmio (assolutamente risibile) ma per la comodità di riceverlo direttamente a casa o in un locker. Mi ero accorto della recensione del 19 luglio 2023 dell'utente dell'Arabia Saudita (DON'T BUY) ma ho pensato che si fosse trattata di una sfortunata coincidenza di eventi. INVECE NO, anche nel mio caso appena iniziata la prima confezione (delle due acquistate da Amazon) la cagnolina ha iniziato a manifestare disturbi gastro intestinali. Abbiamo fatto una coprocoltura pensando si trattasse di una infestazione da parassiti ma è risultata negativa. L'abbiamo trattata con fermenti ma il problema persisteva e si è risolto immediatamente quando siamo passati ad una confezione DELLO STESSO CIBO ma acquistata dal nostro abituale fornitore. Ho consultato il nostro veterinario, mi ha spiegato che potrebbe trattarsi di un problema di conservazione del prodotto nei magazzini (le confezioni erano perfettamente integre), per prudenza ne sconsiglio l'acquisto. Ho chiesto ed ottenuto il rimborso integrale da Amazon, senza reso perché l'operatore mi ha chiesto di gettare il prodotto residuo (una delle due confezioni era ancora integra).
