I liked it as I am using the same since many many years. No need of electricity and the water comes out of it is crystal clear. No need of any expensive maintenance, parts etc.

Bad item

We have been using this filter for almost more than 20yrs which was bought from overseas.Absolutely this filter is worth value for money.No electricity required and no wastage of water.Cleaning of filter by water washing is required atleast once in a week.Water discharge is low compared to storage type filters.Definitely you can drink pure water

The media could not be loaded. Update: I received replacement unit, assembled it and it’s working good.One thing I noticed is that the default filter candle is Super sterasyl one which doesn’t removes heavy metals (lead etc) instead there is another candle Ultracarb which removes heavy metals as well.With the cost charged Ultracarb candle should be provided as a default.Despite the high cost, I purchased the filter to replace my old RO system. Unfortunately, the filter I received was damaged—the casing had a crack. It's disappointing to see such poor quality control from the seller. I have requested a replacement; let's hope this one arrives in good condition."

The nut and bolts are very tight else everything fine

Made in Britain... Good quality.. water output is very low..that means it's Filter properly... Need patience...
