Q: does it fit with rugged accessories like helmet kit and other connections ?

If it is true that Rugged modified the TH-8600 to turn it into their GMR25, they sell a cable specifically for the TH-8600 to connect it into their intercoms so you would be good to go either way.

Q: What make and model headset will work with this? And can i do a driver and passenger headset? An help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

This is just a radio not a intercom system. But if you know how to solder and get the pin out connections correct you can use any headset with a ptt to operate the radio

Q: What antenna works best for this radio for sxs use?

I use a Larson 2 meter mag mount. i dont use the 440.
