Tastes as sweet as regular sugar, and I like it better than anything I've ever tried so far. As this "natural" sugar is only one-third the calories of regular sugar, reduces insulin spikes, and doesn't seem to have any of the problems of other substitutes, I think I have finally ended my search for the tastiest and least harmful sugar. Yes, it's a bit expensive, but if enough people start buying it, I'm sure the cost will come down eventually.

This is the best sugar for my coffee. Because it has these two combined sweetness, it not only DOES NOT affect the INSULIN, the Tagatose is a prebiotic and helps the microbiome. I had purchased only allulose when I ran out, it was not nothing like the the combo in this sweetener. I will not use anything else for my coffee. Great way to start ur morning!
