Excellent seasoning. Nice spicy hot taste but not too hot - equally good on chicken with skin on or off. Save a ton of calories over marinating. Other Nashville spices almost as good. I would see which gives the best bang for the buck.

This McCormick Grill-Mates Nashville Hot Chicken seasoning is exactly what I wanted. I used it on chicken thighs and wings, and it delivered a great balance of spice, tang, and smoky heat — not just plain cayenne. The flavor stayed bold even after grilling, and it wasn’t overwhelmingly spicy. Crispy on the outside with real kick, and my whole family loved it.

If you make your own tenders and like spice, get this! So good! Needs to be bigger. Slight hint of sweet but perfect amount of spice. Highly recommend.

I’m in search of a spicy Nashville Hot Chicken seasoning. That being said this is a good seasoning it’s a little on the sweet leaning side with a little kick. I found I had to use quite a bit for the kick and the sweetness was a little more than I was looking for. Adding in some different types of peppers when using it helps spice it up a little. It really just depends on what you are looking for. Overall it’s good and was a good value.
