If you just need a file box to hold stuff like old tax records in a closet until they'll be thrown away then don't buy these. Buy the cheapest cardboard you can find.If these are going to be in a place visible to others, or you're going to use them often, or if you want something sturdy then buy these!Nicely designed to fit hangers and folders for legal size or 8 1/2X11 size. Board material more rigid and straight than cardboard.Appearance- These are like a banker in a tailored gray flannel suit compared to a cardboard box! Nice charcoal color, smooth, flashy chrome handles.They please me more than any other box ever has.

I love the color and material. Very attractive box file. The only issue I have is that it will not fully close on top of large binders (I bought two so that I could store binders that I needed to get up and out of my way in my home office).The file box is very study and is made of a nice material. I will probably purchase more to store more paperwork and books and such.

Love this for yearly files and storage unit for past years. I have one for the current year of records and other for pervious years. Nice and easy to use and look great. I do stack them and have had not problem. Really find them great for my needs.

Easy to assemble and fits file folders perfectly for easy accessibility. The lid is easy to get on and off, and the box has a place for a label too. As I said in the title, it's nice looking and a great storage box.
