See Smell Taste Malt Vinegar Powder Original, 16 Ounce

This stuff is great if you are a malt vinegar fan like myself you should love this. I absolutely am obsessed with salt and vinegar potato chips and I also love just dipping my French fries in malt vinegar but I thought about making with my air fryer some potato chips before and wanted to have more vinegar taste than the salt that's just something I've always liked more of and don't get with the commercial ones so I wondered if I could find powdered malt vinegar to be able to sprinkle on the potatoes to add extra flavor and this just so happened to be there. It has the same exact flavor if anything it's actually a little more concentrated I will forewarn you do not put it under your nose when you are opening it you could end up with it going up your nose some and it is very strong on the sour vinegar component. I love putting it on fried potatoes I even very recently made myself a bloody Mary and I decided to make my own salt rim and I thought what the heck I'm going to add a little of this to the mixture for the salt rim and oh it was so good so there's another thing you can do with it. I highly recommend it.

I make kale chips and just add salt and you have salt and vinegar kale chips. Works great on fried fish without it being soggy. Also works great on chickpeas and zucchini chips. It's not as strong as it smells so you'll need to play around to find your taste and balance. Really great pantry item to have.

I use this for seasoning fried potatoes and making popcorn seasoning.It tastes just like the better quality liquid malt vinegars, only a easy to use powder.Reasonable price so overall it's a good value.
