Nice thick laces that dig into each other to help stay tied. They’re definitely durable feeling. These were recommended for my Timberland Pro Titan 6” work boots and rightfully so. They’re the perfect length to where they’re not too long if tied with only one knot yet they’re long enough to where I can easily double knot them like I do as I never retie mine and just use the hooks to take them off and put them on. These are far better than the quality of shoe laces that came with my Timberlands. In fact Timberland keeps putting cheaper and cheaper laces on their boots. The next time I replace my work boots I’m definitely buying these right off the bat when I get my next pair. My factory pair of laces from Timberland only lasted me a few months this past pair before they frayed and broke! Good pair of laces here!!! And I actually use my work boots for WORK. Not for fashion. In a factory. So you know these are durable. Otherwise they would have went right in the trash. I’ve been using them for over two months now and haven’t even had to tighten and retie them yet.

First impressions are that these are quality, long lasting shoe laces. The first time I laced up my hiking boots with the OrthoStep laces , I could just feel the difference between these laces and the laces that came with my hiking boots. I like my hiking boots to be snug on my feet after lacing them up, so I tend to pull the laces pretty tight. I barely got the boots broke in when the outer jacket on one of the original laces shredded. Then the lace on the other boot did the same thing. I guess the original laces were more for show and weren't meant to be pulled very tight. The OrthoStep laces just feel stronger and I suspect that they will be able to handle me pulling on them. So far, they are wearing nicely and show no signs of shredding. I would recommend the OrthoStep shoe laces to anyone looking for a quality shoe lace that looks good too. Thanks OrthoStep!

The dimensions and color of the laces were as expected and provide a good fit to the shoes. The only exception to this was that the length of the aglets was slightly smaller than those of the replaced laces, making it slightly more difficult to pass the laces through the channels on top of the shoe tongues that are intended for this purpose.The texture of the lace material is perfect and far superior to that of the replaced laces that came with the shoes originally. The laces appear well-made and tough, suggesting that they were made to last.

Bought these as replacement laces for some old boots. These laces are excellent. Large enough to get a good grip on, easy to maneuver and hold the knot very well. In use for about 6 weeks now and still look brand new (granted, 6 weeks is not a huge amount of time :) ). Definitely recommend and I will be buying these laces again next time I need any. Update: Bought these in July, 2020, it is now late November, 2021. These have been in regular, frequent use over the last year and a half, and they still look brand new. Could not ask for better laces, these have definitely stood the test of time.

Strong enough to use for purpose I bought it for as a tie to go through jacket bought that was bought and the tie string around the collar was torn already. This lace was easy to pull threw and excellant to tie with.

I bought these shoes because I have an issue of ripping my shoe laces. I don't know if the shoes industry has gotten lazy and is employing a lesser quality of Malaysian child laborers or if my huge, rippling, hulk-like muscles are too much for my cheap, TJ Maxx knock offs. Either way, my wife says I have a problem. After pouring through reviews and researching shoe laces like I was researching doctors for a potential surgery, I happened upon these beauties. They were everything I could have wanted...shoes laces...and brown. They fit these my little shoe holes just fine and haven't come untied yet. More importantly, they haven't broken under the pressure of my straightjacket-like tying skills. Overall, I'd call it a successful purchase. I can wear my shoes again. Thanks, Amazon.

Needed new laces for a very old pair of Sorel snow boots. Original laces were very thick and I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find a good replacement...since they sold their company and the new company C****bia decided not to make these fantastic boots anymore. Got these and they are a perfect replacement for the original. Time will tell how they hold up... But I have zero complaints so far. They are super thick... Which is exactly what I needed. Just know that these bad boys are beefy.

I am happy with these laces. Finding Brown and Yellow (that match my Merrils) was pretty hard. They match well but are pretty thick.... Look like they are more for boots than shoes. All in all I'm pleased however and the price was good.

Great value and quality. Strong laces for my husband’s work boots

The shoelaces are advertised as being 5.6mm thick. I measured them and they are only 4.5mm thick. I am not happy with the purchase. These are high quality shoelaces, but a lot thinner than advertised, so I am returning them back today for a full refund..... Not good.....

Excellent, high quality lace, extra thick, which I needed for wide eyelets, for the lace to hold its place. Unfortunately, they are shorter than stated. Previously, I got 45" OrthStep Thick Round laces, to replace other 45" laces I was using that were too thin. But the OrthoStep 45" laces were 43-44", and too short to tie. So then I got these 48" OrthoStep laces to replace my 45" laces. Extremely expensive price, and effectively I paid double. Locally in a store, very similar laces are $8, but they are two-tone, and I wanted solid colour.
