Pretty good👍
Less than ten seconds to take off or put it on. A little unstable when you use it as a push up bored though.

Disappointing
Not worth the price, better used just for push up bars. Tried different door frames not very safe feeling they slip and the handles seem to bend I'm 200lbs. This product really disappointed me .

Use with care
The pull up bar seems well made and can also be used for pushups. Here is the potential problem, my husband and son-in-law were concerned that it is only spring tension that holds it to the door trim. The spring is not very strong and if it had a locking mechanism to keep it tensioned that would alleviate any concerns of landing on Funny Home Videos.

Strong, secure, and perfect for home workouts!
I’ve been using this pull-up bar for about a month now, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite pieces of home workout equipment. It’s sturdy, easy to set up, and fits perfectly in my doorway without damaging the frame. What I love: The installation was super quick — no screws or drilling needed. I had it set up and ready to go in under five minutes. It feels very secure once locked in place. I weigh around 170 lbs, and even add a weighted vest sometimes, and there’s no slipping or wobbling. The foam grips are comfortable and prevent hand fatigue or slipping during long sets. It’s easy to remove and store when I’m done training, which is great if you don’t want to leave it up all the time. Small note: If your door frame has rounded molding or isn’t very sturdy, double-check the fit before putting full weight on it — but for standard frames, it’s rock solid. Overall, this pull-up bar is a great value for the price — strong, versatile, and reliable. Perfect for anyone who wants to do pull-ups, chin-ups, or hanging core work at home without needing a full gym setup. Highly recommend!

Good dip bars, great push-up bars, pull-ups? Not so much.
I was not a fan of pull-ups with these handles. The weird plastic contour leaves dents in your door and the black rubber smears. You also can’t adjust your grip mid set as they’ll pop off the wall. It’s not like a one piece bar. Good thing the pushups handles are AMAZING and bench dips are a lot of fun as well. So fun I’d get them for those two exercises alone. Never touch them for pull-ups. Kind of a funny product. Let’s go use by use. Assuming the damage is my wall/ trims fault; not being able to adjust my hands mid set is a tough thing to sacrifice. The drawback to dual handles will always be that stability a bar gives you. Even a cheap one. They hold weight solid enough but as soon as you let go it could go anywhere. If you bump it? That things popping you in the mouth. The plastic piece that makes contact with your wall/molding was also a weird choice. All the other construction is spacious and built well with materials that make sense. These are none of those things. There’s no assembly between uses outside of a twist screw and small bolt on either handle. Both can be adjusted for tension but you’ll probably only use the twist screw often. Things do arrive a little loose. As push-up handles they are wonderful. The quality metal body and legs are stable and the height is probably the best part. You can dig deep into your chest with all the extra ground clearance. The plastic bases stay put even with light incline/decline. I’d honestly get them for that exercise alone. The dips are ok off the ground and fantastic off a bench. Again the wide body handles give more than average freedom of movement. Allowing you to hit things with greater depth and variety. I’ve got a good set of dip bars for weighted stuff but those don’t move an inch. These handles definitely fill a small niche you could be missing in your home gym. It’s funny to enjoy a products secondary uses enough to warrant a great review, but that’s been my experience thus far. These things can’t fit and damage the door I bought them for. They won’t go up on the wall. But the dual functionality of the ground options will keep them relevant. The adjustment parts are sound. If the pull-up base functions for you I’d say five stars. As it is I know I’ll keep using the other two. Cheers

little shaky but is actually stable
Upgrade Pull Up Bar for Doorway - Portable Strength Training Pull Up Bar Handles, Multi-functional Home Gym Fitness Equipment Got this for my college kid who wanted to stay fit from his apartment. His requirement was a removable pull up bar. but this one can also be used to enhance push ups. It is very easy attached to the door frame. I am really impress how much grip it has only with a tiny bit of edge. Although I am very careful with my initial test, I found this to be very sturdy and able to support my weight around 160lb easy. Initially getting up to the bar will cause some shakiness but after that, it is pretty stable. with that said, I would not jerk too much during my pull up routine. My son likes that it can also help him to do more stretched push up as well. this allow him to dip down a bit more to help with his back muscles. It is also very easy to take off so it would not impact the operation of the door. This would fit every door at my house . Price was acceptable as well. I would recommend it.

Unique design, that installs quickly
This review is for the Upgrade Pull Up Bar for Doorway - Portable Strength Training Pull Up Bar Handles, Multi-functional Home Gym Fitness Equipment... Offered by the Brand: vopit: - Unique pull up bar set, allowing you a different option than most. - It is made of durable materials, give me confidence that it will easily hold my weight. - The instructions are not very clear, just basic pictures that do not truly explain how to set up this system. - You just need to pull the sides apart to get the bars wide enough to attach to the door frame. They are spring loaded and stay in place once you get them attatched. - The door frame material needs to be strong enough to hold your body weight, that is the most important aspect to using these safely. - The grips that fold out were a bit of a hassle to get into position. They do not operate as smoothly as they should. - Price is a pretty good deal for such a unique and convenient design. And it is made with durability in mind. - I do like how well these work, and can recommend them for most consumers.
